Green Simplicity started with a straightforward idea: property care shouldn't require three different phone calls and a filing cabinet of invoices. So we built a team that handles it all, does it well, and tells you exactly what to expect.
We started small — mowing lawns on weekends, then designing beds for neighbors. Along the way, we realized property owners didn't want a rotating cast of contractors. They wanted one reliable team.
Today we split our time between weekly maintenance routes and design-and-install projects, working with homeowners and property managers who'd rather spend one phone call than five.
The name is the philosophy: fewer vendors, clearer quotes, less to manage. We handle the outside, you handle everything else.
